利用規約

※予約時間を10分以上過ぎますとキャンセル、又はご希望のコースの施術ができない場合がございます。

※当日キャンセルはキャンセル料が施術料金代の100%発生致しますのでキャンセルは前日までにご連絡お願い致します。

※お客様都合で遅刻をした場合、予約コースよりシンプルになった場合でも、予約コースの了解を頂きます。

※無駄キャンセルや遅刻が続く場合ご予約をお断りさせて頂きます。

※自爪が長いお客様は2000円ロング料金を頂いております。

※当店は現金、キャッシュレス決済のみとなっております。

※3Dパーツをご希望のお客様は事前にネイリストとの打ち合わせをお願い致します。当日ですと対応できない場合があります。

キャンセルポリシー
※キャンセル料について
前日までのキャンセル：料金はかかりません。
当日キャンセル：予約代金の100%をいただきます。
例
１月６日15時に予約している場合
１月５日23時59分までに変更したら、
当日キャンセル料はかかりません。
0時過ぎてのキャンセルは当日キャンセルとなります。

※予約時間の遅刻について
ご予約時間に遅れる場合は、お早めに店舗へご連絡をお願いいたします。
連絡がなく10分以上遅れた場合、無断キャンセルと判断させていただくことがあります。（遅れた時間によっては、ご希望のデザインができかねる場合もあります。なお、料金は予約頂いているコースの金額分頂きます。）
無断遅刻が繰り返された場合、次回からのご予約をお断りすることがあります。

※当日のメニュー追加で予約したメニューより金額が高くなってしまった場合は、追加料金分をキャッシュレスで当日お支払い頂きます。

※予約サイトから予約した当日キャンセル以外のキャンセルに関しては返金されますが、クレジット会社によって返金までの日数が異なります。

*If you are more than 10 minutes past your reservation time, your reservation may be canceled or you may not be able to receive your desired treatment.

*If you cancel on the day, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment fee, so please contact us by the day before.

*If you are late due to personal reasons, we will ask you to approve the reserved course even if it is simpler than the reserved course.

*If you continue to cancel without notice or be late, we will decline your reservation.

*Customers with long natural nails will be charged a long nail fee of 2,000 yen.

*We do not accept cash  only accept cashless payments.

*If you would like 3D parts, please consult your nail artist in advance. We may not be able to respond on the same day.

Cancellation Policy
※ About Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made by the day before: No charge.
Same-day cancellations: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
Example:
If you have a reservation at 3:00 PM on January 6th:
Cancelling before 11:59 PM on January 5th → No same-day cancellation fee.
Cancelling after 12:00 AM on January 6th → Considered a same-day cancellation.
※ About Late Arrivals
If you will be late for your reservation, please contact the store as soon as possible.
If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, it may be considered a no-show cancellation. (Depending on the delay, we may not be able to provide your requested design. The full price of the reserved course will still be charged.)
If repeated late arrivals without notice occur, we may refuse future reservations.
※ Additional Charges for Same-Day Menu Changes
If you request additional services on the day that increase the total cost beyond your original reservation, the extra amount must be paid cashless on the same day.
※ Refund Policy for Cancellations
For cancellations other than same-day cancellations made through the reservation website, a refund will be issued. However, the time required for the refund may vary depending on the credit card company.

*如果超过预约时间超过10分钟，您的预约可能会被取消，或者您可能无法获得您想要的护理。

*如果当天取消，将收取治疗费100%的取消费，因此请在前一天联系我们。

*如果您因个人原因迟到，即使比预订的课程简单，我们也会要求您批准预订的课程。

*如果您继续在没有通知的情况下取消或迟到，我们将拒绝您的预订。

*自然指甲长的顾客需支付2,000日元的长指甲费。

*我们不接受现金，接受非现金付款。

*如果您想要3D零件，请提前咨询您的美甲师。我们可能无法在同一天回复。

取消政策
※ 关于取消费用
前一天及之前取消：不收取费用。
当天取消：将收取 100% 的预约费用。
例子:
如果您预约的是 1月6日 15:00：
在 1月5日 23:59 之前取消 → 不收取当天取消费用。
在 1月6日 00:00 之后取消 → 视为当天取消。
※ 关于迟到
如果您会迟到，请尽快联系店铺。
若未联系且迟到超过10分钟，可能会被视为无故取消。（根据迟到的时间，我们可能无法提供您希望的设计。另外，仍需支付所预约的套餐全额费用。）
如果多次无故迟到，我们可能会拒绝您今后的预约。
※ 当天增加服务的额外费用
如果您在当天增加了额外的服务，导致费用高于原预约金额，需在当天通过无现金支付方式结清追加费用。
※ 关于取消的退款政策
对于通过预约网站进行的非当天取消，将予以退款。但具体到账时间取决于您的信用卡公司。
